Leaders of Price Chopper/Market 32’s marketing, public relations and community relations teams, who have been instrumental in developing the partnership between GSNENY and Price Chopper/Market 32, will be leading a discussion on category management and how managers make decisions on what products are carried in the stores, how shelf placement decisions are made and what that impacts, how grocers make plans for the future, marketing (e.g., the 4 Ps -- Product, Price, Placement, and Promotion), public relations, the importance of relationship building within and outside the four walls of the store, developing community partnerships and the responsibility that Price Chopper/Market 32 feels it has to support its communities.
