Financial Literacy Badge Workshop: Budgeting (Cadette) - Vir
Creating a budget is nothing more than determining how much you have, how you much you want to spend, and what you want to spend it on. The key is to identify what you value: saving for a rainy day, supporting causes you believe in, or investing in your future through education. Then, develop a budget that reflects those values. Your budget will then help you keep on track to achieve your goals. The New York Capital Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants (a professional organization of individuals from the private sector, public sector and academia who are interested in and involved with government financial management) is pleased to partner with the Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York to present this hands on workshop that will teach you important financial literacy skills that will last you a lifetime.
